Will Services Scotland is a professional and ethical Scottish business and all our Consultants are trained in accordance with Scottish Law.
We have a network of experienced and fully trained Consultants who will help you create the Will in a straightforward and sensitive manner.
We are members of the Society of Will Writers and the Organisation of Wills and Legal Services which ensures all our Consultants are up to date with current legislation to comply with our membership requirements.
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 ensuring all client information is treated in the strictest confidence and that no information is passed to any third parties unless the client expressly instructs us to do so.
For added peace of mind we have £2.5m of Professional Indemnity Insurance and £10m of Public Liability Insurance in place.
